There is someone practicing bagpipes on campus, sounds like it's coming from the library.
This has been going on for three nights.
WHAT IS GOING ON
I mean I like bagpipes but this isn't exactly the "Hawaiian diversity" I imagined... nor am I really in the mood for this particular soundscape. That being said, at least he/she doesn't suck.
