So, I'm sitting here waiting for my mom to pick me up (a MattE beginning!) and I decided to do my finances. (Sounds very adultish, no? In reality, not... I needed to update my checkbook because I hadn't written anything in since I started working... in June.) (It's also good to know I have more than twice as much money as I thought I'd saved, which means I can ALREADY pay for Phantom. And it's quite a lot, too. Oh, well!) And you know, if there's one thing that makes doing your checkbook easier...
it's watching Raiders of the Lost Ark!
Later I'll update with my new Facebook photo, too, I had a very silly idea for one that makes me smile. At any rate, I'm off to the Yellow Springs Street Fair, and then Carroll's Lebanon competition! 'Tis very exciting. Plus, I haven't watched Raiders in ages... I think I've decided it's my favorite. (For quite a while I couldn't decide versus Last Crusade, but... c'mon, Marion kicks ASS.)
