Yes, it shows all comments, and yes. It's a link to the full post, basically a folder with automatically updating bookmarks. Standalone readers are presumably different; can't help you there. Only downside is, no custom theme, it's just the white and blue. I still get the custom theme with Candice's feed, though, so maybe there's a setting you need to check somewhere?
