I'm really frustrated right now. First off, let me say, COSI was awesome. I was so excited to finally go back to Adventure after so many years of not being able to go, and to rediscover some things I had missed before. Unfortunately I realized beforehand I probably wouldn't be breaking the code in time and instead would have to spend the whole time trying to record everything I could and then try to break it overnight. Instead, I now have a few more pictures and a few more hints and little else. For some reason my camera took all my photos at the smallest resolution and I ran out of time, so I didn't get to even take pictures of everything. And Adventure wasn't open Saturday morning, so I only had an hour and a half. Not to mention, not only is there the maze code I don't know, but there is also a caverns code that is... some sort of combination of numbers and pictographs. I don't know.
I was also bummed to see that I probably cracked the maze's second level animal code and that one was BROKEN. Thankfully, I follow COSI on twitter and they said they'll get it fixed.
Anyway, I'm just so frustrated. I can't go back until a year from now, and even then, at most, I'll have three (maybe) hours and I'll be working from whatever I have already figured out from what I got this time--which, as I said, was little. Looking back at Candice's stuff, I also completely missed some codes that I didn't even know of because I ran out of time, and I missed some "note" pages, too, that I don't even know what they are because I didn't have time to explore, and Candice apparently doesn't have a macro function on her camera. Idk.
I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing... I wish they had the money to keep it open all the time anymore. Even if I figure out the caverns code, which is supposedly phonetic, I don't think I'll have a freaking clue with the pictographs. FML.
This is so depressing.
