I really enjoyed your analysis of DMC. I find it interesting that the movie has received criticism for failing to be just like CotBP, yet a movie like SUPERMAN RETURNS (which is pretty good, by the way), is receiving acclaim for being more or less a remake of the 1978 film. It's odd that familiarity is being celebrated, but originality is being castigated.
