One of lu's friends showed up and none of us recognized him. Scary to say, but neckbeards should be on creep par with mullets. *shudder*

You know, I met a girl from online once who I walked right past on our first date because I didn't recognize her from the picture she sent.

Oddly enough, that relationship lasted almost two years.

She didn't have a neckbeard though, and I agree, those are just wrong.

Yeah, many times I've had photos that don't look like the actual person. It was just weird in this case because it was a kid we both went to gradeschool with, and who rode our bus every day, so even I knew him well enough.

I think the neckbeard doesn't help for sure if you're slightly taller than everyone else, just slightly maybe overweight, and also are not-quite-in-fashion. Which is sad because really, I think he is a nice kid (or at least, he used to be) and is not currently a creeper at all. =S
