I completely forgot the Olympics started tonight. So I missed opening ceremonies... Wonder how that's all gonna go.
Show tonight, overall better sound. YAY PROJECTION! Also yay for having a larger cheering crowd. Blue Stars went up again, which, yay for them, but I'm not so sure they deserve it. I feel like there are people under them still marching a LOT cleaner. Phantom booted Cavvies to third, not so upset about that as the fact that Devils are not in fourth. I mean, yeah, they are tough, but I feel like their show is just not as exciting as Cavvies, Phantom, or Crown.
And Crown is STILL my favorite, though Phantom and Cavvies are a very very close second. (Tied) So in my fourth? Minus their mini-guard-sitch, I'm going to say Troopers.
Cavvies alumni, VERY ENTERTAINING. Awesome guard stuff, like the double-rifles and the passing the guy spinning (a la Machine). And the drill for the last song was awesome, and the Sing Sing Sing was a ton of fun, too. Not as loud or big as Scouts alum, and the crowd not as psyched (lol), but it was still about a hundred times better than the Kingsmen. So yay!
I had something funny to say about a tv commercial, and I completely forgot it right away.
