That is apparently what I do now, I just talk about movies, lol.

Okay first off--Deadpool--I kind of understand combining Wraith's powers with the laz0r vision and Wolverin'e regenerative power, etc. But I really don't get why you would want katanas sticking out of your arms. It's not like Wolverine or Sabertooth who naturally have claws, and to me it seems like giant fucking swords would be more of a hindrance than a help. I'm pretty sure there are some things you can do with a sword you can't do if it's fucking superglued to the angle of your forearm, but hey, I guess if you've got Wraith's powers it doesn't matter a whole hell of a lot.

Also, it's not really that intimidating, more "just plain weird" (in a funny way) than anything else.

Secondly--I don't really get that character. One, because of the above. Two, because the actor who played Deadpool is not Reynolds (who played Wade) but is someone else. Three because the comic book character seems to be someone who's plain old fucking hilarious and an actual meta-character as opposed to... a militaristic killing machine? Yeah. I don't get it.

Finally:

ADAMANTIUM BULLETS. REALLY? What are we, 12 now? We're obsessed with werewolves or something? I mean, I appreciate the symbolism, but that's a bit over-the-top, don't you think?

(Small detail comlaint: as his brain grew back, don't you think the bullets would get pushed out? Otherwise he'd basically have a body full of bullets.)

I was going to say "body full of metal OWAIT TOO SOON?" but that doesn't really work unless you just saw the movie or something.

When did you change your layout?

Uh, I dunno, a week or so ago? I might change it again because my header looks like crap and I can't see any of the tags on specific posts. =/

Haven't seen the movie yet (or read comics all that much), but I think the usual point of Deadpool is that he's hilariously fourth-wall-breaking, *and* a militaristic killing machine. The juxtaposition makes it that much funnier. So it sounds like they just only got part of the character right.
