After such a shite day yesterday (I wrote more later on my own about how crappy it was, even!), today is going spectacularly. It's a bit too cold for my tastes at the moment, but that's because I am in love with fall. It's my favorite season, and combined with winter, and the holidays, this is my favorite time of year! I am just reminded of my favorites: the warm but cool days, marching band competitions, halloween, costumes, hot chocolate, the feeling of a new sweatshirt, pumpkin pie, thanksgiving, christmas even... it's all just so wonderful.
Plus I found out one of the lunch ladies here is Tim/Andy/Luke Gorman's mom! It's such a small world, lol. So we talked for a while and it was awesome. It's nice to talk to the food staff; they kind of new me since I worked in KU over the summer, but more than that I just think not that many people take the time to talk to them. Plus they are really sweet, and Jeff always gives me an overflowing carton of popcorn chicken when I get it, lol.
And I am excited, I have an idea for a new facebook photo! My purple fedora combined with my mini cans of Candy Corn Jones Soda inspired me (so you can probably guess where that's going, lol...).
Plus I had a pretty cool dream last night, and I thought it was Tuesday for about a half an hour after I woke up... only to remember it's THURSDAY! And I'm that much closer to the weekend and going to a marching band competition! Once I get my work done today, it will be really nice. =^n.n^=
